There is plenty of on-going projects in addition to the daily homework. Slept at 4am and ended up dozing off during lecture. Grr. I didn't even know I'd fallen asleep, and neither did I feel like I've napped. Too shagged already.

Took some photos of the group members in various positions for the project poster. (:

There was a food processing practical today and we did snack food! Had to make a potato-based snack using an extruder. They came out as long strips which we then baked.


They tasted damn weird. Salty, slightly burnt and with a strong alkaline taste. The fun part lies in forming patterns with the strips. Hearts, spirals, treble clefs, etc.

My masterpiece! Haha!

Stayed back after school to work on the poster for the Project 3 product showcase. Took a group photo for the poster.

Hello! Nice to meet you! I'm Charmaine. I graduated from NYP with a Diploma in Food Science, but I'd rather eat a smelly sock than go into that field. I'm hoping to become a psychology undergraduate this year. In the meantime, I'm working as a waitress at SoHo7 Cafe & Bistro (I may just be the one serving you!).
